Main Responsibility

  • Support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction.
  • Provide a first‑line response to enquiries and be the go‑to person for community enquiries related to highways.
  • Interrogate digital records and GIS systems.
  • Collate information to respond to requests.
  • Support the production of reports and programmes of work.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries.
  • Have business administration experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Have an ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
