We are looking for a site supervisor to join us at the Staffordshire Moorlands Family Hub Team, Biddulph. We are looking for someone who can commit to the core hours outlined below but are willing to work flexibly to suit the needs of our service which may include some evening and weekend working. This role is 37hrs a week, core hours being Monday - Thursday 7am - 3.30pm and Friday 7am-3pm. Emergency call out also forms part of the role as outlined within the key accountabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Opening and closing of the building
- Building health and safety
- Maintaining high standards both within the building and to the external site
- Managing contractors
- Covering emergency call outs to site when required
- Small maintenance tasks
The Ideal Candidate
- Team player
- Flexible
- Experience working as a caretaker or in premises maintenance
- Willing to attend training as required
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
- Have experience of being hands on and practical in performing basic maintenance tasks
- Have ability to work on own initiative
