The Role

Responsibilities
- Client Focus: Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining trust with highâprofile clients.

- Strategy: Contribute to the longâterm growth and vision of the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Sector Interest: Proven experience (or a genuine passion) for Heritage, Arts, Leisure, or Hotel projects.
- Autonomy: A selfâstarter who is comfortable working with initiative and taking full ownership of their desk.
- Background: Ideally from a clientâside or consultancy background. Experience in Contract Administration is highly valued.
