• Showcase Your Gravitas: Operate with the authority of a senior professional, ideally bringing Associate Director-level experience to the table.

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Status: This is non-negotiable.
• Senior-Level Pedigree: Significant experience within a UK-based Cost Consultancy.
• Relevant Education: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• A Love for the Ocean City: A genuine desire to live and work in Plymouth—where the lifestyle is as impressive as the projects.

Salary Information

• Financials: A competitive salary range of £60,000 – £85,000, strictly dependent on your level of experience.
• Easy Move: Full relocation expenses covered to help you settle into Devon.
• Time Off: 33 days holiday (25 days + bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
