About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive HR Shared Service, working across both councils. You will provide practical, timely and legally compliant HR advice, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters, helping to resolve issues early, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. You will also contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvement, helping to build management capability across the organisation.
About you
- Hold CIPD Level 3 or above, or demonstrate equivalent vocational experience
- Have proven experience across a broad range of employee relations matters
- Be confident working in a public sector or similarly complex environment
- Be collaborative, professional and committed to delivering high quality HR advice
