We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive HR Shared Service across Stafford Borough and Cannock Chase District Councils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, timely and legally compliant HR advice.
  • Support managers with a wide range of employee relations matters and help resolve issues early.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Hold CIPD Level 3 or above, or demonstrate equivalent vocational experience.
  • Have proven experience across a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • Be confident working in a public sector or similarly complex environment.
