Key qualifications and responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in facilities management and people management.
- Proven experience in managing utilities.

- Strong analytical abilities to oversee asset data and inform key decisions.
- A qualification in Facilities Management, Building Compliance, Building Surveying or Asset Management (or working towards).
- Alternatively, have extensive relevant demonstrable experience and be willing to work towards a qualification within a 2‑year period of commencement of the role.
