We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive HR Shared Service across Stafford Borough and Cannock Chase District Councils.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, timely and legally compliant HR advice.
- Support managers with a wide range of employee relations matters and help resolve issues early.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Hold CIPD Level 3 or above, or demonstrate equivalent vocational experience.
