Housing Inclusion Advocate in Penkridge

Stafford and Cannock League of Hospital Friends is seeking a compassionate Housing Inclusion Worker to join our supported housing team. You will act as a key worker, develop person-centred support plans and help Customers achieve independence.

You will assess needs, support accommodation, assist with benefits, and work with external agencies in multi-agency meetings. A Level 3 CiH qualification and full driving licence are advantageous.
