Stafforce are delighted to be working with our Client who are the UK\’s leading parts distributor for premium motorcycle products.
Their main HQ and warehouse are based in Huddersfield, supported by two satellite offices based in Shipley & Lincoln.
This role is based in their Lincoln office.
This is a temporary position for a 2 -3 month period this may be longer depending on some software updates.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly detail-orientated and have experience in Credit Control. This role will involve keeping credit accounts in good order including processing daily credit card and direct debit payments, speaking with customers and you will also work closely with other departments – therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
Other Duties will include:
- Process daily credit card and direct debit payments accurately and on time.
- Monitor and follow up on failed credit card transactions.
- Communicate with credit account customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Liaise with hosts and the finance team in the Netherlands for account-related queries.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all payment activity.
- Assist in resolving account discrepancies and support monthly account reconciliations.
- Update sales managers on weekly basis of client\’s credit status.
