Stafforce is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers for a leading warehouse and distribution operation based in Workington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established site offering consistent, full-time hours and a competitive shift pattern.
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, 4 Nights On. Rotating pattern. 12-hour shifts- 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am
The Role: As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
- Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Carrying out stock replenishment duties
- Completing routine vehicle checks
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting general warehouse activities when required
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating days and nights
