We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team based in Harworth. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering regular work.

Schedule and Pay

  • Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 14:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Overtime at x1.5 is available
  • Paid weekly on Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Beading and prepping of materials
  • Machine operating
  • Cutting down and measuring components accurately
  • Assembling to specification
  • Assisting with general workshop duties and ensuring high quality standards are met
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance

Training

Full training will be provided on site.

Requirements

  • Live locally or be able to reliably commute to Harworth
  • Previous experience using power tools
  • Good attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
  • Ability and willingness to learn and follow structured training
  • Reliability and good timekeeping

Regular, full-time hours. Weekly pay on Fridays. Ongoing training and development opportunities. Chance to work as part of a skilled and supportive team.
