The Role As a Technical Internal Sales Executive, you will be part of a busy office-based sales team, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery. Over time, you will build strong product knowledge and take on more responsibility for helping customers identify, source and specify suitable products for their requirements. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat in a professional and helpful manner. Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to progress opportunities. Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery. Develop detailed product knowledge across consumables, ancillaries and related technical equipment.
