Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within FMCG industry.
- High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and IT.
- Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.
Duties:
- Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.
- Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
- Play a key role in the journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.
- Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
- Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
