We are recruiting for an Assembly Team Leader to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Quedgeley, Gloucester. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the assembly team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead by example, supporting the team while actively participating in assembly operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • Ability to drive performance and support continuous improvement

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and expanding company on a full time, permanent basis. Pay dependant on experience starting at £32,000 per year.
