The Role:
- Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing and production machinery (full training provided)
- Carrying out machine changeovers, including material adjustments and process settings
- Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Completing routine quality checks in line with company procedures
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
- Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working area
- Reporting to a Shift Supervisor and working effectively as part of a small team
- Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency across the site
