Stafforce are looking for Order Pickers, offering immediate starts for our client in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15. Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK's leading pork processors, an employer of choice with ongoing staff requirements and competitive rates of pay, including overtime. We currently can offer shifts below with immediate starts and paid training.
Shift Patterns Available:
- FULL TIME: 4 on / 4 off (11:00 – 23:00) PAYRATE £12.95 p/h
- FULL TIME: 4 on / 4 off (19:00 – 07:00) PAYRATE £12.95 p/h
IMMEDIATE START DATES AVAILABLE.
The Role: To perform daily duties as part of the Warehouse Team whilst working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and quality standards specified by our customers. Duties include operating MHEs, de-racking, racking, picking, palletisation, loading and general housekeeping. Work may vary due to volumes and may require working across departments.
Duties include:
- Picking orders – daily sheets distributed by the Team Leader.
- Store any intake of product away onto the correct racking in accordance with stock rotation procedures and product shelf life specifications, making sure that the correct scanning takes place to allow full traceability.
- Load finished products onto vehicles as instructed.
- Complete all relevant paperwork such as temperature records as instructed and/or required, accurately and within time specifications and store/deliver to the correct personnel.
- General hygiene duties (clean as you go).
- Working within Good Manufacturing Practices - i.e.; safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures.
