Stafforce Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Scunthorpe.
The Role Includes:
- Planned preventative maintenance across site machinery
- Reactive maintenance and fast response to breakdowns
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Working on PLC-controlled and automated equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Completing maintenance records on CMMS systems
- Equipment installations and repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with GMP standards
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Apprentice trained engineer
- Recognised electrical and mechanical qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on automated machinery and production equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Flexible to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
