Job: Maintenance Technician Location: Rotherham Salary: From £30,000 up to £40,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Job We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join our clients team, working on a rotating 3 shift system. Duties will include: Carry out PPM (planned preventative maintenance) across production machinery and the wider site Ensure all PPM is carried out in a timely manner Quickly respond to machinery breakdowns Work closely with management to identify urgent maintenance requirements or suggested improvements. Keep accurate records & paperwork Work efficiently and safely in accordance with SOPs and regulations.You Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance position (mechanical and electrical) Be comfortable with reading technical blueprint and maintenance guides Experience of troubleshooting & maintenance of machinery Comfortable working at heights and within confined spaces Previous experience of working with equipment and tools commonly found within a manufacturing environment, such as: conveyors, PLCs, welding, packaging machinery, hand tools & power tools Good communication skills (verbal and written)About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
