Relief Farm Manager – Poultry We are seeking an experienced Relief Farm Manager to provide cover for Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers, ensuring farms operate to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing animal welfare, managing environmental systems, and maintaining health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Poultry farms are dedicated to raising chickens, for meat and egg production. These farms focus on maintaining optimal living conditions, including proper feeding, lighting, and ventilation, to support the health and productivity of the birds. As Relief Farm Manager, you'll coordinate farm staff, manage feed, water, and lighting systems, and ensure accurate records are kept. You'll also be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and handling call-outs as needed.
