The Registered Manager is responsible for leading an Ofsted-regulated service, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. Aligned with the company ethos, the Registered Manager will focus on quality, excellent service, business development, and driving commercial success.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Residential Children’s Home. The role is focused on delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and supporting staff to provide outstanding service.
Experience Required- Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Children’s Home
- Experience managing staff and running a home
- Knowledge of Ofsted inspections and requirements
- Safeguarding and compliance expertise
- Experience with rotas, staffing, supervisions, and care plans
- Working towards or already hold Level 5 Leadership & Management
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Flexibility required; on-call responsibilities may apply
- £2,000 bonus for Outstanding Ofsted inspection
- 33 days holiday
