The Role
- Drive business growth through sales canvassing, networking, and business development, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients across South East London and Kent.
- Deliver a candidate-focused service, ensuring quality and compliance at all times.
- Identify opportunities for both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across industrial and commercial markets.
- Work strategically to support our growth plans, bringing resilience, creativity, and enthusiasm to every challenge.
- Represent Stafforce with professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike.
About You
- Proven sales, business development, or recruitment experience with a track record of hitting targets.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential, as travel across South East London and Kent is required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the resilience to succeed in a competitive market.
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs and balance office-based and field sales activity.

- Basic salary £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
