About the Role
Stafforce Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services organisation in West Yorkshire. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is key to creating a positive first impression, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and supporting the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing general enquiries and reception inboxes
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Reliable and able to work independently
