Quality Manager

Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager who is keen to join our client’s team and help transform their QA process into something world class.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in quality management and a solid understanding of retailer codes of practice.

The ideal Quality manager will be dynamic in their approach to problem solving and be highly career driven.

Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with food safety standards.
  • Manage customer interactions regarding complaints and non-conformance’s.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety culture and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee the Quality team’s activities to achieve high-quality products.
  • Manage the quality budget and ensure operational performance of quality systems.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and practices.

To apply for the role of Quality Manager you will have

  • Proven experience in quality management within food manufacturing.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP & VACCP qualifications.
    • Train the Trainer certification
    • Experience of managing Quality systems to ISO or similar standards
    • Good understanding of lean methodologies
