Stafforce are currently recruiting Temporary Production & Warehouse Operatives to work at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation and gain valuable experience within a highly secure, technically advanced manufacturing environment.
Contract Duration: Mid-September 2026 to April 2027
Pay & Shifts: £12.71 per hour
Current Shift Pattern:
- Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- During peak production periods, shifts are expected to move to:
- Days: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- Afternoons: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Additional Benefits: 16% shift allowance when working rotating Days and Afternoons
Key Responsibilities:
- Wrapping and packing bespoke products to the highest standards
- Ensuring the correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials
- Transporting goods throughout different areas of the factory
- Preparing products for dispatch and completing associated paperwork
- Maintaining quality standards and achieving production targets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment
- Evidence of working shifts is desirable
- Good numeracy, literacy, dexterity, and basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts when required
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Must be able to successfully pass a DBS check
