Production Operative - Full & Part Time

About the Role

We\’re currently recruiting for Part‑Time Production Operatives to join a leading meat processing factory in Haverhill, Suffolk. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and well‑established environment. The role is based in a chilled/cold environment and involves hands‑on, physical tasks.

Shifts

Full or Part Time Available

• AM: Mon to Thurs 7am to 3pm and 6am to 2pm on Friday
• PM: Mon to Thurs 3pm to 11pm and 2pm to 10pm on Friday

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of production duties including preparing, processing, and packaging meat products. Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets. Manual lifting of products and equipment where required. Follow health & safety procedures across all tasks.

What We\’re Looking For

• Ability to travel to site in Haverhill for a 6:00am OR 2pm start.
• Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment.
• Physically fit and able to do manual lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.

Benefits
