An excellent opportunity has arisen for Production Operatives to join a modern craft bakery in central Grimsby. Both full and part time positions are available! Please note due to the requirement for 12 hour shifts, we can only progress with candidates who are over the age of 18. We also offer 4x4 shift patterns on both day and night shifts to those wanting to join once their job performance and reliability has been proven. These roles could lead to a permanent position with the client being offered.
About the role:
- Responsible for general production duties within a bakery environment.
- Ensuring packing is in line with company quality standards.
- Ensuring products are stored safely and food hygiene is adhered to.
- Cleaning down of production equipment after use.
Candidates with previous production experience are preferred, but full training will be offered to those new to the industry.
The successful candidate will:
- Be hardworking, reliable and punctual.
- Have excellent attendance and a positive attitude towards work.
- Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene rules.
