Overview
Part Time Admin Assistant β 3 days per week (including Saturday). Our client is a Huddersfield based, family run retail sales business. They are currently recruiting a Part Time Admin Assistant, 3 days a week (1 must be Saturday). You will be an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a can-do attitude and previous administration experience.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers at reception
- Answering the telephones in a professional manner
- Entering sales orders onto sage and xero
- Processing Sage and xero orders
- Typing up delivery notes with invoices
- Entering purchase orders onto sage and xero
- Entering information onto tradify (online diary)
- Booking dates for installations and services onto the diary system
- Accepting deliveries
- Marking off the paperwork once the deliveries are in store
- General admin duties as required
- Arranging collections
- General tidying of the workplace
- Making refreshments for guests and staff
- Going to the post office
