Overview

Part Time Admin Assistant β€” 3 days per week (including Saturday). Our client is a Huddersfield based, family run retail sales business. They are currently recruiting a Part Time Admin Assistant, 3 days a week (1 must be Saturday). You will be an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a can-do attitude and previous administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers at reception
  • Answering the telephones in a professional manner
  • Entering sales orders onto sage and xero
  • Processing Sage and xero orders
  • Typing up delivery notes with invoices
  • Entering purchase orders onto sage and xero
  • Entering information onto tradify (online diary)
  • Booking dates for installations and services onto the diary system
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Marking off the paperwork once the deliveries are in store
  • General admin duties as required
  • Arranging collections
  • General tidying of the workplace
  • Making refreshments for guests and staff
  • Going to the post office
