Part Time Admin Assistant 3 days per week (including Saturday) Our client is a Huddersfield based, family run retail sales business. They are currently recruiting a Part Time Admin Assistant, 3 days a week (1 must be Saturday). You will be an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a can-do attitude and previous administration experience. The role will include: Meeting and greeting customers at reception Answering the telephones in a professional manner Entering sales orders onto sage and xero Processing Sage and xero orders Typing up delivery notes with invoices Entering purchase orders onto sage and xero Entering information onto tradify (online diary) Booking dates for installations and services onto the diary system Accepting deliveries Marking off the paperwork once the deliveries are in store General admin duties as required Arranging collections General tidying of the workplace Making refreshments for guests and staff Going to the post officeAbout Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
