PA & Business Coordinator

Stafforce is recruiting for a dynamic PA & Business Coordinator to support executive level stakeholders and ensure the smooth running of day to day office operations. The Role
In this dual role position, you\’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver high quality administrative and business support to the Senior Management Team and Board Members. You\’ll also be the go to person for office coordination tasks, handling travel arrangements, events logistics, document formatting, compliance records, and general office management.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Managing travel bookings, accommodation, events, and expense reconciliation
Preparing reports, agendas, and presentations to a professional standard
Supporting internal events including conferences and charity activities
Liaising with third parties on facilities, archives, and compliance documentation
Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments, and supplies
Providing day-to-day office support such as post distribution, fire alarm tests, and facilities requests
What We\’re Looking For
Proven experience in executive support, office coordination, or PA/administration roles
Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative, and work with a high degree of independence
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Archiving or document handling experience is a plus
Ex-military background is desirable but not essential
The Offer
Monday to Friday, office-based (5 hours per day)
Competitive salary: £25,000 – £28,000 ( subject to experience)
