Shift Examples

  • 1:45am - 11:00am - 20% shift allowance
  • 5:15am - 2:30pm - 10% shift allowance
  • 9:00am - 6:15pm - 10% shift allowance

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative / Setter to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Keighley. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating machinery to produce high-quality products to customer specifications while maintaining excellent quality standards and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating production machinery
  • Producing goods in line with works orders and quality standards
  • Reading and understanding production drawings
  • Using correct tooling and materials
  • Carrying out quality inspections and accurate product weighing
  • Working closely with Technical and Quality departments
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
