Are you organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions for a key client. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing workforce requirements, supporting recruitment activity, building strong customer relationships and ensuring staffing levels are maintained to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, attraction and onboarding of temporary workers
- Workforce planning and scheduling to meet client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers
- Managing attendance, performance and employee queries
- Ensuring compliance with company and client processes
- Supporting daily operational requirements and problem-solving staffing challenges
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment, account management, workforce planning or a similar coordination role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective relationships
- Flexibility to support business needs, including participation in an on-call rota
- Ability to travel to site locations, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
