We are working on behalf of a Global company dedicated to designing, manufacturing and marketing comprehensive solutions.

We are looking to hear from experienced Quality Assurance Officers (synthetic materials) to join their team. This is a permanent role and will report to the Quality Director.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of product inspections during the manufacturing process and at the end to ensure customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues and non-conformities.
- Conduct regular audits of processes, systems, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Visits to suppliers to ensure the compliance of the quality standards
- Carrying out of tests in accordance with the European normative for refuse containers (EN-840/5)
- Inspection of raw and recycled materials on reception. Laboratory tests (MFI, Humidity)
- Management of non-conformities in the factory
- Management of supplier’s quality complaints
- Follow-up and carrying out of actions to increase recycling material consumption
- Test equipment calibration and/or internal verification
- Products and processes improvement proposals
- Management of quality complaints from our UK clients (analysis, resolution, corrective action plans- including visits)
- Checking the correct environmental performance in the plant
Requirements and skills
- 3 years’ experience in quality control or related roles (essential).
- Degree in quality management or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of control material equipment use (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing (essential)
- Knowledge of plastic materials (highly valued)
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices, such as ISO 9001 & 14001 (highly valued)
- Environmental normative knowledge (highly valued)
- Spanish language knowledge (highly valued)
