We're looking for hardworking, reliable General Farm Workers to support a variety of farming operations across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting stuck into physical work.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending and lifting throughout the shift
- Flexible to work seasonal and ad hoc assignments
- Previous farming or agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential
