Machine Operator Keighley | £13.84 per hour | 37 hours | Monday-Thursday Our client based in Keighley is looking for a mechanically minded Machine Operator to join their team. You don't need extensive manufacturing experience - we're looking for someone who is hands-on, curious about how machinery works, and enjoys problem-solving. The Role Setting and operating machinery Working from production drawings and specifications Carrying out quality checks Machine set-up, tooling and basic fault finding Ensuring products meet required standards We're Looking For Strong mechanical mindset Practical and hands-on approach Keen to learn and develop Good problem-solving skills Reliable, flexible and quality-focused Comfortable working independently and within a team Hours: 37 hours, Monday-Thursday Shifts: Candidates must be flexible - examples include 4:15am-1:30pm and 7:00am-4:15pm.
