We're on the lookout for an Investment Administrator to join our well established and respected client based in Leicester on a full-time basis. This role is contracted for 3 months initially but could possibly be extended.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
The Role:
As an Investment Administrator, you will support two Senior Investment Managers and a Trainee Investment Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for responding to administrative client queries by phone, letter or email.
- Be able to draft general correspondence using templates and ensure all work is saved correctly on behalf of the team, in a compliant manner.
- Issuing valuations and tax reports and providing application paperwork when requested.
- To work closely with our clients' customers to provide the best service with information and reports regarding their portfolio.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good IT skills with competency using MS Office and a quick learner to CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and efficiently.
- Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients.
