We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse and port operation in Immingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a valid FLT licence looking for long-term, stable work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As an FLT Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, goods movement, and loading/unloading tasks across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload
- Move pallets, stock, and materials across the warehouse or port site
- Complete pre-use checks and report mechanical issues
- Support stock rotation, order picking, and general warehouse duties
- Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / Reach / Bendi, B1, B2, B3)
- Valid UKDL
- Previous experience in warehouse, port, or logistics operations
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work shifts where required
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in manual-handling tasks
Desirable Experience
- Port, dock, or container yard FLT experience
- Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or stock control
- Additional plant tickets (loading shovel, telehandler, tug driver)
