We are recruiting for a friendly and organised Receptionist Administrator to join our client's friendly team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment, while providing administrative support to the wider office and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and registering visitors in line with security procedures
  • Answering and directing calls and managing emails
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Preparing invitation letters
  • Booking meeting rooms, refreshments, lunches and taxis
  • Arranging accommodation for colleagues and visitors
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and well organised, with excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service would be advantageous.

You will need to be flexible and willing to provide cover on Wednesdays and Thursdays during annual leave.
