HGV1 Driver – Motorsport Salary Negotiable Daventry, Northamptonshire Permanent Due to new and exciting developments within our Daventry client, they are now looking to recruit a Full Time, Permanent HGV1 Driver, with tyre fitting experience to join their growing team. When based from the Daventry workshop you will work Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm but this position will also involve overseas travel and weekend working. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for ensuring our clients service trucks arrive at events on time, in good order and fitting tyres under time pressures dictated by the site locations, which will include race tracks across the UK and abroad. HGV1 Driver Responsibilities: Deliver tyres and equipment to race tracks around the UK and internationally Loading tyres and equipment ready for race events Build-up and break-down of equipment and structures Tyre fitting of race tyres at race events and in the workshop Communicating with customers HGV1 Driver requirements: HGV1 licence and full driver CPC with a proven track record of driving at a high standard Able to travel in the UK and abroad Able to work weekends Experience in tyre fitting and balancing A passion for motorsport Please apply with a copy of your CV in the first instance.
