We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy operation based in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to work within a well‑established environment, supporting daily warehouse and hygiene operations. Shift Pattern / Working Hours
This role operates on a primary shift pattern: Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work:
- Monday – Friday: 6.00am till 2.00pm during busy periods or holidays

Job Description
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock across site
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Carrying out hygiene cleaning duties and housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with site cleanliness due to the nature of the products handled
