Job Description As a Freight Forwarder, you will work within the European team’s Freight Branch, handling critical tasks including: Managing import and export freight bookings, encompassing pricing, quotations, shipping coordination, and customs documentation. Overseeing transportation documents (e.g., bookings, bills of lading, loading confirmations) and arranging carrier nominations, including hauliers, shipping lines, airlines, and GSAs, aligned with customer requirements Preparing additional customs documents (ISF, COO, clearance documentation, etc.) to facilitate smooth international transit. Conducting customer rate analyses, managing route guidance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
