Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment operation across a range of admin and coordination tasks, including:
- Supporting labour planning and daily staffing requirements
- Assisting with recruitment activity (screening, candidate engagement, on-boarding support)
- Managing and maintaining candidate compliance (Right to Work checks, documentation, system updates)
- Supporting payroll processing and ensuring accurate worker records
- Handling candidate queries professionally and efficiently
- Working closely with on-site and remote teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Some weekend working will be expected (on a rota basis)
