Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment operation across a range of admin and coordination tasks, including:
  • Supporting labour planning and daily staffing requirements
  • Assisting with recruitment activity (screening, candidate engagement, on-boarding support)
  • Managing and maintaining candidate compliance (Right to Work checks, documentation, system updates)
  • Supporting payroll processing and ensuring accurate worker records
  • Handling candidate queries professionally and efficiently
  • Working closely with on-site and remote teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Some weekend working will be expected (on a rota basis)
