  • We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Southampton.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for the safe handling, storage, picking and loading of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, housekeeping and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily forklift truck checks and report any defects
  • Receive and unload inbound deliveries
  • Store, pick and prepare products for dispatch
  • Load vehicles safely and accurately
  • Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock counts
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  • Support colleagues and assist with day‑to‑day warehouse operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Counterbalance licence – essential
  • Full Driving license
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of warehouse work
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
