We are working in partnership with a well-established, high-quality food producer based in Driffield and are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced packing operatives, as well as individuals looking to step into food manufacturing and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
- £12.71 per hour to start
- Weekly payday shifts only

As a Food Production Operative / Packing Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and presented to a high standard. Duties include:
- Weighing and portioning food products accurately
- Packing and sealing products into various packaging formats
- Working on a fast-paced production line as a packing operative
- Labelling, checking, and preparing items for dispatch
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
This role would suit candidates with experience as Packing Operatives, warehouse operatives, or production operatives, although full training will be provided. Previous experience as a packing operative or in food production is beneficial but not essential. Own transport is required due to the location. Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace. Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Keen to secure a long-term, potentially permanent role.
