We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and professional Logistics Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Head of Logistics. This is a key support role, operating more like a Personal Assistant within a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will be trusted with confidential information and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the logistics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated PA support to the Head of Logistics
- Diary management, meeting coordination and daily scheduling
- Booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transport
- Minute taking during meetings and distributing accurate notes
- Supporting with day-to-day administrative and operational logistics tasks
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners where required
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times
- General support to ensure smooth operational flow within the department
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Experience working within a logistics or transport environment (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
