We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a flexible fresh food production facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment. High-performing candidates who integrate well with the team may be considered for long-term or permanent opportunities as they arise. Due to the site's location, candidates must have their own transport.
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00am start, finishing around 4:00pm
- Tuesdays may occasionally extend to approximately 5:00pm, depending on production needs
Packing Operatives Key Responsibilities
- Packing whole chickens into bags on the production line
- Supporting general production line activities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the factory
Packing Operatives Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in food production or a factory environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
