Are you passionate about Continuous Improvement? We are looking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement Lead in Hereford on a permanent basis. Are you already a CI Lead or someone that has a strong background in Continuous Improvement that is looking for their next step into a senior role?

Skills needed:

  • Manufacturing experience in delivering technical solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement techniques.
  • Strong understanding of ISO and BSI systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement continuous improvement plans.
