This role is the face of the business and is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office. We are looking for a friendly, organised individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing high-quality administrative support while handling information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the main reception desk and ensure a welcoming front-of-house environment
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain reception and communal areas to a high standard
- Provide administrative support to teams across the business
- Order office supplies and manage stock levels
