Our long established Enstone based client are recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site. Working as part of a team across different units within the production, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and get training in all areas of their production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment, assisting in loading the machines with material, making sure they run smoothly, offloading goods, putting away on pallets
- Contributing to the production of high quality products
- Following Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous production experience would be desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative but understanding level of responsibility within the team
- Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
