Monday to Friday 8am-6pm

Temp-perm (when moving permanent, working hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm plus overtime available)

Our long established Enstone based client are recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site. Working as part of a team across different units within the production, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and get training in all areas of their production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment, assisting in loading the machines with material, making sure they run smoothly, offloading goods, putting away on pallets
  • Contributing to the production of high quality products
  • Following Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Skills & Experience

  • Previous production experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative but understanding level of responsibility within the team
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
