We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy office. This is a varied role covering general admin and basic finance tasks, customer service and order processing. This role also requires minor marketing on social media, so knowledge of social platforms is desired. This is an exciting position to join a company that is a leading supplier of animal feed and going from strength to strength in the industry.

Hours:

  • Full-time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Part-time: 9:00am – 3:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • General admin (filing, scanning, document management)
  • Handling calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Managing post and maintaining accurate records
  • Raising invoices and supporting basic finance tasks
  • Using Sage 200 (training provided)
  • Ordering office supplies and supporting office organisation
  • Providing ad-hoc support across the team
  • Ability to promote the business on social platforms

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin experience (preferred)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident using email and basic systems
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Invoicing or Sage experience is a bonus (not essential)
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and promptly
  • Good knowledge of the current social market and how to promote a business locally
